With our service partner Voya’s payroll provider integration service, we can connect our retirement plan experience with your payroll provider’s payroll capabilities. With payroll integration, we can directly connect with your payroll provider to share data impacting plan and payroll contributions – making plan administration easier with flexible, secure and timely payroll data transmission.
Voya supports both two-way integration (a 360° connection) and one-way integration (a 180° connection) in situations where a two-way connection is not feasible.
180° payroll integration The payroll provider sends data for contributions, loan repayments and census changes to Voya.
The payroll provider sends data for contributions, loan repayments and census changes to Voya.
Voya then sends participant-initiated changes including new enrollments, contribution rate changes and other changes impacting payroll to the payroll provider.
