How we use your information.
Options 401K uses the business and contact details you provide to review your retirement-plan request, contact you about your plan options, and prepare onboarding. Submitting a request does not take payment or establish a retirement plan.
Information we collect
The form collects your business name and address, contact name, email, phone number, selected plan, general employee counts, payroll provider, current plan provider when applicable, and preferred timing. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or payment details, or individual participant information.
Your draft and submitted request
While you complete the form, a draft is saved in the current browser tab. Use “Clear draft” to remove it. Once you submit, your request and acknowledgement are saved in the website’s database so the Options 401K team can process your request. Closing the tab or clearing the draft does not delete a submitted request.
Confirmation emails
Submitting automatically sends a signup summary to James Morin at jmorin@options401k.com and a congratulations email to the business email address you entered. Resend processes these transactional messages. The emails contain your request reference, selected plan and estimate; the team’s summary also includes the business and onboarding details.
Hosting and service information
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These services process the submitted information to operate the website and store requests. Request metadata and a daily hashed network address are used to limit abusive submissions. The website does not connect your payroll account or transfer payroll records when you choose a provider.
Questions or changes
To ask about your information, correct a submitted request, or request access or deletion, contact James Morin at jmorin@options401k.com or 210-601-0963. Include your request reference when available.
Advertising measurement and your choice
If you select “Allow measurement,” this website loads the Google Ads tag and Microsoft Advertising’s Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure website visits and completed employer signup requests. These services may process page URLs, referring pages, browser and device information, network addresses, cookies, and advertising click identifiers. Our integration does not add your form answers or request reference to these advertising events. A signup request is not a purchase or an established plan.
Both optional tags are blocked until you allow measurement. Select “Decline” to keep them off, or use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page to change your choice. We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage and respect Global Privacy Control when enabled. We ask for a new choice when measurement changes, including adding completed signup measurement through Google Ads. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop loaded tags; your form draft remains in the current tab. You can also clear previously stored cookies through your browser settings. Declining does not prevent signup.
Your request reference is kept in this tab to avoid counting the same saved signup again when confirmation emails are retried. Advertising campaign labels in a landing-page URL may also be retained with your request so our team can identify its source.
