We provide both employers and their participants plan protection by acting as the 3(16) administrative fiduciary and 3(38) fund manager and fiduciary on all our plans.  We do encourage each employer to work with a payroll provider to simplify plan administration. 

Each participant has the option to participate in the Morningstar investment management solutions plan.  Plan participants do not pay any transaction fees for rollovers, loans and distributions.  Employers do not pay for 5500 prep fees and we sign the 5500 form and submit to the Department of Labor each year.
